Perfect size for my needs
Glad I got this generator. Perfect size for my needs to backup my home when grid power fails. Combined with my electric power stations it gives me all the coverage I need. Great features. Such peace of mind is very comforting.

11,000 Watt Portable Dual Fuel Inverter Generator
I have several different brand generators, Honda, Predator, Craftsman, and Westinghouse. I recently purchased the 11,000 watt DuroMax generator with the intent to use it with my Food-trailer. Well as it turns out I have put this workhorse to use on powering my Home. We have had two events where we lost power. First time I used my Duromax for home use the Power from the grid was out for 8 hours. This workhorse was all I needed. Second event was last week, this time I walked over to my garage, looked at the three generators in front of me and I rolled out with the DuroMax. Two hours later the power from the grid came back on. I received several calls from three of my neighbors asking how I had power. I replied with a bit of pride stating I am using a DuroMax generators.

Dual Fuel / Amazing reliability / Very silent
I bought this one about 18 months ago. Have had to use it 3 times due to grid power failures and one time because someone that does not known how to drive hit a pole that serviced most of my community. Every time the generator responded to the household needs , even operating my Central HVAC with the assistance of a very well known soft starter for the compressor unit. I’ve owned two other Duromax Generators in the past and their reliability was the part that convinced me to invest in a quieter Generator.

Fantastic and quiet!! POWERFUL!!
I ran this generator for a week to power my 32’ camper running AC. I was amazed at the efficiency and power of this machine!! Ran Rec 90 gas the entire time, my preference. This machine barely went over and idle. This is my 2nd DuroMax generator, will recommend and purchase another if ever needed.

Initial Setup and Startup
Easy for both. Impressed with how solid the unit is and how quiet it is vs my old Generac 8000w version. Hoping it performs as well as it appears to be solid.

Confusing to set up
The bond and inbond process is very poorly explained. There needs to be a switch without taking the entire cover off. I am worried about this generator because now that we have it it’s Seems there are lots of issues with the sensors and such and that they seem to fail very quickly after the one year. I’m not sure it was worth the money.

Generator review
Generator was shipped to me instructions said to hook up the negative wire the negative wire was already hooked up. Turns out the entire thing was unplugged pulled the pool string five times and it broke.
