Setup
Generator is seems solid started up and ran fine. Need to work on your set up directions. Although assembly of the wheels as it sits on the pallet is good concept it is not possible inlet the pallet is narrow enough. Also more detail is needed for removal
including the bolts not mentioned. The unit is large heavy and expensive and a new owner wants to be careful not to damage it so more detail and care is needed in this area. Clear that whoever wrote the instructions did not actually do unpacking and setup. Thanks

Purchased 6 months ago ran twice just fine. 3rd time, put some iffy gas in it from a small portable can that was stored outside. Lesson learned. Added dry gas/ ethanol and ran it out added new gas and just fine now. Would recommend

Awesome generator
I bought the 15,000 dual fuel generator a while ago and it starts up everytime, and when we lost power from a hurricane it allowed me to run my well pump so I could shower, ran the hot water tank so I could take a hot shower and even ran my AC for the house to keep it cool, would highly recommend this generator for a portable one that you can have a electrician tie into your breaker box to power the whole house, mind you it won’t run everything at once however you can take a hot shower, cook a pizza in the oven, then do some laundry then run your AC. And I love that it takes gas and propane because sometimes it’s hard to find gas during a storm and propane doesn’t go bad so ya can stock up on it for hurricane season.

Does what its suppose to do when it needs to do it
I bought this after Hurricane Helene, when I realized I needed a little bit bigger unit to power my house. This model powers everything I want it to and then some. It easily handles my refrigerator, garage freezer, 3.5 ton central HVAC (mulit-speed Bosch inverter style), as well as lights and entertainment devices (TV, laptop, tablets, etc.). During the winter storm this past January, when we lost power, we kept living like we did the day before!

Works good until the CO detector shuts it off.
The only problem I have with this generator is the CO sensor shut down. I use this generator only outdoors in wide open space and there is absolutely no risk of CO poisioning and I’ve had no help with how to disable it so it can’t shut down if the wind switches. After it shuts down it takes about 15 minutes before it will reset and be able to restart again.
