Used Products not New – wouldn’t buy from again.
I was not aware I was purchasing a used product. I thought I was buying a new product with a quicker delivery.
Had to call the manufacturer to get this “new” product disconnected from previous owner, which…. required me to send pictures of the unit to prove that I now own it. Very disappointing!
