Nice quiet generator with trifuel capability
Overall I really like this generator and just finished 7 hours of engine break in, oil drain and then a 10W30 synthetic oil refill.
I would rate it at 4.5 stars if half stars were available. My reason for slight derating is before actually starting the engine, while adding about 1/5 oil to the cylinder, I discovered a small gauge brown or black wire that was supposed to be securely grounded to the calve cover. The screw was “loose” and could have been a nice intermittent problem to find. The second issue was one of the valve cover insulator, 3″ long standoff’s was not securely seated into the block and I was unable to remove the NY-lock nut until I finally got the standoff fully unscrewed from the block….I after removing the NY-lock nut, I was then able to reinsert the standoff and fully
seat it into the block. The generator worked flawlessly during break in on natural gas. The wattage rating is in the sweet spot to run 85% of my home and not break the bank cost wise. The 5 year warranty leads the industry too.

DuroMax XP9500IHT
The DuroMax XP9500IHT it is simple to operate and no need to put together, except to put oil and gas in. It runs my whole house no problem running my 3 ton air conditioner, and everything else. Of course you would not be able to run your dryer at the same time but everything else is running great it is very quiet and efficient. Great for our house I would definitely recommend DuroMax generators

What My House needs in an Emergency
This generator meets all my needs. It is low emissions, low variation for sensitive electronics, tri-fuel, quiet, and easy start. I added the airgo slow start to A/C and this generator will keep me up and functional through anything.

Great generator for multiple uses
I have had this generator for over a year and has worked flawless with no issues changed the oil easly with no problem twice and great for long camping hours. Ran for 96 hrs straight

So far it bailed out a 24 hour outage
The generator ran flawlessly for 24 hours running 2 refrigerator, security system with cameras, 7 ceiling fans, 2 dump pumps, internet, tv’s and even a cord to the neighbor to run their refrigerator. Ran great on natural gas.
