Bad advice
Before I ordered I called tech support to verify that the item selected (power cord) would fit and connect to the other item I was purchasing from them. Because one end is clear, you cant tell if it is 3 prong or 4. I needed 3 prong. It comes with 4. The tech gave me bad advice. I tried to return but can’t. Waisted my money.
